KAYAKING along the Tundja River from the bridge of the village Tenevo to Turkish /Bulgarian town Darkaya with it’s beautiful scenery and rich vegetation make it an extremely interesting passage in kayaking. One of our other routes takes you on the Veleka River, largest river in the Strandja mountains, and one of the most ecologically clean rivers of the country. Its waters are rich in fish and its wild banks give shelter to game, with field birds, waterfowl and raptors being a usual sight. Kayaking on the Maritsa River with its slow course and beautiful scenery make it a wonderful place for water tourism. Come closer to nature in an entirely new and magnetic way to remember your hen weekend.

MOUNTAIN BIKING While mountain biking in the Sakar Mountains with your Hen friends you will experience their vast territories of old pinewoods. The Sakar/Strandja Mountains boast some of the loveliest biking woods in the country. The landscape is gentle and rounded and consists of high ridges, deep river valleys with gorges intermingling with river basins and valleys. While biking here, one can also find 70 percent of the world minerals, as well as some 600 caves. Our biking tour of the Mountains will take you even higher, to around 2,000 m, or 6561 ft. Most of the mileage is done on asphalt main roads, with relatively little traffic, that are well-suited for mountain biking.

HORSERIDING On this relaxing Hen weekend, combine adventurous horse-riding through ancient forested hills and over picturesque pastures on our strong horses. Before galloping off, your horse-riding instructor will ensure that rider and horse understand each other and are working well together. The landscape in the area is hilly and you will see very few humans, but lots of wildlife! You will pass places with splendid views, secluded forest lakes and lively forest streams. En route we visit remote villages, old churches, dolmens, karst areas with deep river gorges, large caves and thracian ruins.

PAINTBALLING is one of the most popular, exciting and challenging Hen weekend sports throughout the world .Have a safe, friendly and fun paintballing experience in the wilderness of Bulgaria. Choice of paintballing tournament or scenario games. We instruct you on the rules of the paintballing game. All types of terrain – mountains, wilderness, woods, hills, rocks, rivers, barrels, huts. Compete against friends, family, colleagues or complete strangers. Each player is kitted out with the necessary paintball equipment, including protective overalls, hand protectors, neck and head.

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING is the art of shooting at special flying targets, known as clay pigeons or clay targets, with a shotgun. Clay Shooting is a Hen weekenders gold star choice. With a little expert tuition everyone can do it. Get out in the fresh Bulgarian air wearing a jacket and a pair of wellies. Competitively challenge your friends to see who is awarded Marksman. RAFTING is a challenging Hen weekend recreational activity using an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. This is usually done on white-water or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and excite the rafting passengers. In Bulgaria this has been a popular sport for several years. Rafting the rapid waters of the river Struma, and upper course of the river Arda in the Rhodope Mountains, is the best place in Bulgaria suitable for our outdoor adventure. On this rafting stag weekend we offer the chance to take a trip away from it all and escape the stress of civilisation.

BUNGEE JUMPING is a relatively new Hen weekend sport which has become more popular in the last 10 years. We will take you to the Veleka River where you will bungee a height of 50m from the bridge, if you dare? If you didn’t know Bungee jumping consists of a person jumping from a high place with one end of an elastic cord attached to his/her body or ankles and the opposite end tied to the jumping off point. When the participant jumps, the cord stretches to take up the energy of the fall, then the jumper will fly upwards as the cord springs back. The bungee jumper is catapulted up and down like a yo-yo until the initial energy of the jump is finished.
